Discreet shipping policy

Every order ships in a plain brown box with no branding, no product names and no reference to the contents on the outside. Packaging is prompt and secure, with generous amounts of bubble wrap and stretch wrap protecting the unit — nobody knows what is inside but you.

Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis and dispatched in approximately one week. Every parcel is tracked and insured door to door, and you’ll receive a live tracking feed from dispatch to delivery. Typical transit after dispatch: 3–5 business days in the EU, 5–7 business days for the US and Asia.

Customs declarations are tested worldwide for a smooth, efficient clearance process. Shipping from the UK, most destinations are not subject to import duty thanks to trade agreements — particularly helpful in countries with low de minimis thresholds. US orders are not subject to customs costs; any duties there are covered. For countries with high import VAT, I will help find the most cost-effective option available.

Lockers, pick-up points and other couriers. Standard dispatch is Royal Mail tracked, insured and handed over from the UK. If you would rather use a different carrier such as DHL or UPS, or have the parcel delivered to a locker or pick-up point, message me on EroScripts before you order and it will be arranged for you.

Shipping cost. UK delivery is a flat £10. Everywhere else is priced by zone at checkout — the live estimate on the catalog page shows the rate for your country before you commit.

If you have any concerns about privacy or delivery in your country, mention them in your order notes and they will be handled before dispatch.
